I discovered #
gemini
again and now I'm considering migrating my outdated #
gopher
space to gemini.... Somehow I'm attracted to doing useless stuff and acquiring useless skills....

I found talk of #
gemini
again a couple of days ago when someone was asking about the #
nex
protocol, which is even simpler than gemini. That discussion popped up a few .gmi links so load them into Emacs using the elpher package to browse.
Elpher is very functional but the Lagrange gemini browser is a nicer UI so I updated that too. I'd forgotten how tranquil browsing gemini is. It does slow one down ...

Morse code is the only way to operate a hf station on a mountain top in complete silence.... which of course doesn't explain why you'd want to operate a radio on a peak in the first place. As I said: doing useless stuff..

I fully understand. I don't judge you. You think it is necessary in your life, so do it.

To use the power of both, you must, Luke. Embrace them, you should. Strength in balance, there lies.

ja, ist noch da, aber #
gemini

Eigentlich gibts ja ganz viele langlebige Sachen in der IT.... 😉

Same with me: Windows generell kann ich schon lange ignorieren, habe zuhause nur noch Linux, und auf dem FP4 halt notgedrungen Android, aber die Verson der e.foundation 😉
