I received an email from the treasurer of a #hamradio
association I'm a member of asking for my IBAN and home adress. The mail came with a From header
From: "email@example.com" <firstname.lastname@example.org>
and apparently the e-mail was not, I repeat NOT, spam or phishing but real. Honestly, why keep #hamradio
associations getting tech so wrong when it comes to computers and the internet? I mean, ham radio is supposed to be a technical hobby, right?
